    A color wash is quite different from wedding up lighting since it creates a general light and color fill, while up lighting highlights specific features in the space. With the color wash, the whole area is well covered with a soft light that spreads color more evenly across the room. Your guests know they have reached the party once they step foot in the room and experience the difference.
