Full redundant sound gear travels with me to every wedding. A blown speaker or a dead cable is my problem to solve on the spot, never yours to notice.

The Dance Floor Promise

I read the room in real time rather than running a fixed set list — a song that would clear a packed floor at 10pm gets moved earlier, never skipped. You give me up to 40 must-play songs ahead of time and I place them where they actually land. I know when a Herrin room needs a country anthem, a Festa Italiana throwback, a pop hit, or an upbeat closer.

Photo Booth

PicsPhotoBooth, my sister brand, books alongside the DJ setup for Herrin weddings. Self-serve is $300; printed strips start at $500. Booked with the DJ, the booth is priced as part of the night rather than as a separate rental — we set that at the consultation.

Dancing on a Cloud — $300

A low, rolling cloud of chilled fog fills the Dragonfly barn floor and stops at the ankles for your first dance — the room sees it, the smoke alarm doesn't. It stays on the floor rather than rising, so every photograph stays clean. Cleared with Dragonfly's coordinators at the walk-through, and I run it myself alongside the music.

Is there a travel fee for a Herrin wedding?

Yes — Herrin sits in Zone 4 of my published travel-zone list, roughly 88 miles from my Evansville base, a flat $300 added to your tier price and shown as a separate line in your quote before you sign. It's not a range and it doesn't change once it's quoted.

Who actually DJs my wedding — is it really you?

Yes. I've personally performed every Spectrum Sound wedding since 1992 — over 1,200 of them — with no subcontractors. The person you talk to at booking, plan with at your consultation, and meet during your venue walk-through is the same person running your reception.
