Our 13-22 Hour Wedding Coordination Package

Spectrum Sound DJ Service doesn’t believe in just having a quick conversation when you schedule your event and then not seeing or speaking until you arrive at your reception. Following is the amount of time we invest into every event in our wedding coordination package.

Initial Contact: By phone or email. At this time your initial consultation & planning session will be scheduled..25 To .5 Hours

Planning Meeting(s): During this time we will cover what you are and are not looking for at your reception.  Offer helpful tips and ideas and put together a general itinerary of events for your day. 1 To 2 Hours

Contact Venue: Discuss layout of the room as well as our arrival time. .25 to .5 hours

Type & Fax Itinerary to Necessary Vendors: All vendors we will be working with receive a copy of your event itinerary. 1 to 2 hours

Music Search & Purchase: In the case your special requests are not in our library.1 to 2 hours

Load & Unload Time: Time to organize, prep, load & unload equipment.2 to 3 Hours

Drive Time:1 To 2 Hours

Set-Up & Take Down: Set-up and take down of equipment.
2 to 3 Hours

Pre-Event Walk Through: Go through the checklist and verify everything is in order and ready for the event. .5 to 1 hour

Performance Time: Contracted time may be extended if you wish.
4 to 6 hours

Total Time: 13-22 Hours Of Service
