The package tier determines your coverage scope — not the level of preparation or professionalism.

Each package builds on the one before it by adding a new coverage zone or production element. Package 01 (Reception Only, $1,550) covers your reception from cocktail hour through last dance. Package 02 (Ceremony & Reception, $1,850) adds a dedicated ceremony sound system and officiant microphone. Coverage runs up to 5–6 hours with a 4-hour minimum. Overtime is $250/hr.

Package 03 — Ceremony, Cocktails & Reception at $2,100 — is the most-booked tier. It provides complete coverage from the first processional note through last dance, with three independent audio systems running simultaneously: one for the ceremony, one for cocktail hour in a separate space, and the main reception system. Total coverage runs up to 7 hours with no gaps when guests move between spaces.

Professional uplighting places LED fixtures at the base of walls, columns, or drapes to wash the entire room in your chosen color. The effect transforms a standard venue into an environment that photographs dramatically better — every guest photo and professional shot benefits. Package 04 (The Deluxe Wedding, $2,500) includes 8 professional RGBW LED uplights. Additional fixtures are available at $35 each (single color) or $50 each (multi-color DMX). Whether it's worth it depends on your venue — at a consultation, Terry will tell you honestly if your space will benefit or if the room's existing architectural lighting already does that work.

The Nightclub Wedding (Package 05, $3,000) adds a full production light show to everything in Package 04. This includes professional laser effects and synchronized moving light fixtures managed live throughout the event. A monogram gobo spotlight that projects your names or initials on the dance floor or wall is available as an add-on (+$250). A second technician is available to manage lighting while Terry runs the DJ board — ask at consultation. Total coverage is up to 8 hours.

The Ultimate Wedding (Package 06, $3,500) is the full Spectrum Sound production experience. It includes everything in the Nightclub Wedding package plus a custom 8–12 minute video montage produced from 100–150 photos and song selections you provide. Terry handles all editing and production. The finished video plays during your reception on professional screens and is delivered as a USB keepsake file after your event (DVD available on request). Total coverage is up to 8 hours.

Yes. An $895 package is available for Sunday–Thursday weddings year-round and select Saturday dates in January, February, and March as they open up. The 4-hour minimum applies. This is the same Spectrum Sound standard — same equipment, same preparation, same Terry — at a reduced rate for dates that carry lower demand. These dates fill faster than most couples expect, so confirm availability early if your date qualifies.

Overtime for Packages 01–03 is $250/hr. Overtime for Packages 04–06 is $300/hr, which reflects the full lighting rig — and where applicable, a second lighting technician — remaining on-site for the extended time. Please communicate the need for overtime before the final song rather than at the last moment so transitions can be managed cleanly.

Travel fees are based on distance from Spectrum Sound headquarters at 44 W Campground Rd, Evansville, IN 47710. Zone 1 (within ~30 miles — Evansville, Newburgh, Darmstadt, Henderson KY): no fee. Zone 2 (~30–60 miles — Jasper, Princeton, Owensboro): +$100. Zone 3 (~60–90 miles — Vincennes, Santa Claus, Ferdinand, French Lick): +$200. Zone 4 (~90–115 miles — Terre Haute): +$300. Louisville, New Albany, and Bowling Green add $400–$500. Every fee is disclosed in writing before the contract is signed.

The Night Before Rehearsal ($350, subject to Terry's availability) is a full setup and complete rehearsal the evening before your wedding at your actual venue. This covers the entire ceremony flow — processional timing, recessional, unity moment — in the real space with real acoustics. Every microphone is tested. Speakers and readers practice delivery. Terry coordinates with your officiant, photographer, videographer, and other vendors so every cue is confirmed before your wedding day begins.

Yes. A Spectrum Sound photo booth can be added to any DJ package. Three options are available: Digital Open Air (all-day rental, digital sharing only, $300), Prints Open Air (2 hours of unlimited printed strips, from $500 Sun–Fri), and Self Pick-Up ($199 for nearby venues).
