Overnight policy: if the schedule makes a same-night return drive impractical, lodging is billed separately at $200/room/night and disclosed in your quote before you sign.

Is there a travel fee for Prospect?

Yes — Prospect is Zone 5, a flat $400 added to the package price and shown as its own line in your quote before you sign. It never gets blended into the package number.

Is there a deposit?

Yes. Once we've talked through your date, I hold it for 7 days with no payment. A 50% retainer, non-refundable, then locks it in the moment it clears. The balance is due on the first of the month before your event.

Do you ever need to stay overnight?

For most bookings this far out, it depends on the schedule. If load-in, teardown, or a late end time makes the drive home unsafe, lodging is billed separately at $200 per room per night and disclosed in your quote before you sign — never a surprise afterward.

How early do you arrive to set up?

60 to 90 minutes before the start time, sometimes more for a tricky room. Setup and teardown are built into the package and never eat into your hours.

Can you play clean versions?

Yes. Tell me the crowd — kids, grandparents, coworkers — and I'll keep it clean. I'd rather know ahead of time than guess.

Can we plug in our own playlist?

You can, but you don't need to — send me your list and I'll work it in and read the room around it. If you'd rather run a playlist yourself for part of the night, that's fine too.

Do you MC, or just play music?

Whatever fits your party. Some want announcements, games, and a hype man; others want great music and no mic. Tell me your style and I'll match it.
