Leitchfield sits between Nolin Lake and Rough River Lake — the town calls itself the City of Twin Lakes — and holds the official title of Fiddling Capital of Kentucky, home to the Twin Lakes National Fiddlers Championship on the courthouse square every third weekend of July. If your date lands that weekend, expect downtown to be busy and plan parking accordingly. Backyard parties and reunions here get the same setup as any closer booking. Is there a deposit?

Yes. Once we've talked through your date, I hold it for 7 days with no payment. A 50% retainer, non-refundable, then locks it in the moment it clears. The balance is due on the first of the month before your event.

Is the quote the final price?

Yes. My quote is my invoice. Package price plus any travel line you've already seen — nothing added after the fact.

What happens if your equipment fails?

I bring a full backup system to every event, not just a spare cable. If something goes down, the music keeps going and most guests never notice.

What do you need for power?

One dedicated standard outlet is enough for most parties. For bigger lighting setups I'll want a second circuit so the lights don't share with the sound. If it's an outdoor party with no power nearby, tell me early and we'll plan for it.

What if it rains?

For an outdoor party I need a covered spot for the gear — a tent, porch, or garage works. We'll talk through a rain plan when we go over the space so nobody's scrambling on the day.

Do you play kids' parties?

Yes, and I keep them moving — games, requests, clean music. Tell me the age range and I'll plan the energy around it.
