Not necessarily. A contrast often works better. A soft, emotional ceremony followed by a high-energy entrance signals to the room that the celebration has officially started.

How long should our exit music be?

One to two minutes is ideal. That's long enough for your photographer to get clean sparkler or confetti shots. It's short enough that the moment doesn't drag past its peak.

Can you build a custom mashup for our entrance?

Yes. I produce custom entrance mashups and edits in-house. Couples send me the songs that matter to them, and I blend them into one track timed to your walk.

Do we have to pick our entrance and exit songs ourselves?

No. You give me a direction, and I build from there. My planning process also captures your 40 must-play songs for the rest of the night, so the whole reception sounds like you, not a template.

How far in advance should we plan the entrance and exit?

We lock the songs and running order during your planning meeting, typically a few weeks out. I put 9 to 18 hours of prep into every wedding, and the entrance and exit timing is a big part of that.

Do you travel outside Evansville for weddings?

Yes. I cover Vanderburgh County, Warrick County, and the wider Tri-State, including Southern Indiana, Western Kentucky, and Southern Illinois. Travel is zone-based, with no fee inside my home zone around Evansville and Newburgh.
