Do you deliver and set up the AV equipment, or do I pick it up?

We deliver, set up, and test everything on-site — every time. There’s no “pick up a box of gear and figure it out.” Terry arrives early, runs all the cables, dials in the levels, and confirms everything is working before your event starts. Pickup-only rentals are not something we do.

How far do you travel for AV rentals?

We serve a 150-mile radius from Evansville, IN — covering Southern Indiana, Western Kentucky, and Southern Illinois. Travel fees apply beyond 30 miles from our home market at a flat $0.56/mile rate. Illinois locations fall into Zone 3 ($200) or Zone 4 ($300), which is included in your quoted price.

What’s the minimum rental I can book?

Single-item rentals — like a wireless microphone for a luncheon presentation — start around $150 plus delivery. Full-room PA and lighting packages start higher depending on your room size and equipment list. Every quote is custom to your specific event.

What if something goes wrong with the equipment during my event?

Backup equipment travels with every job. In 30+ years and 1,200+ events, Terry has never had a no-show or a catastrophic equipment failure that wasn’t covered by a backup on-site. If a speaker clips or a mic drops out, we’re already there — the fix happens in seconds, not minutes.

Can I rent AV equipment without hiring a DJ?

Yes. AV equipment rentals are available as a standalone service. If you have your own DJ, live band, or speaker running the show, we can handle the equipment and setup side while your talent runs the event. We can also stay on-site as a tech operator if your event requires it — just let us know when you call.
